I wanted to let others know that if you find value in Linda's free help on this forum, the insight she gives you in her paid training courses takes local to a whole new level.

I really believe that Linda's courses have been the single best investment I've made in years. And I base that on the results we are now able to provide clients.

re: OLD Avanced Google+ Local Training (See update at bottom)

Just occurred to me I should maybe share some of the reasons I had to restructure and expand this training and make it a small group collaborative session, instead of one-on-one training as before.

Originally this was a 2 hour course. But due to all the new issues AND new solutions/resources I had to keep adding, the course just kept getting longer and longer and was so jam packed that it usually left no time for Qs. (I attempt to jam about 6 hours of content into 4 hours so it's a ton to cover all in one sitting.)

Plus for East Coast clients it was running straight through dinner to 7:30 PM (on a Friday or Saturday night). So it made it really hard for East Coasters to attend.

    Plus I can't talk for 3 - 4 hours straight. I lose my voice.

I also did not have enough time to fit everyone in for one-on-one training that needs it. So in order to fit everyone in AND double the time to 4 hours, WITHOUT increasing price, I’ve turned training into a small group collaborative training session. (Group training benefit: Other pros on the call might ask an important question or raise a big issue you didn't think of, but need to know about.)

So now it's split over 2 days into TWO 2 hour sessions. 1 - 3 PST. Much easier for all of us to schedule and much easier to assimilate. Because it's so intensive, it was just too much to do all at once and people would complain their head was going to explode.

Just did the 1st group training split in 2 sessions last week and it went SOOO well! I was so pleased. All were high end experienced pros, who brought lots of great questions to the table. And by splitting it up, folks were able to absorb session 1 and then bring any left over questions to session 2 for us to cover. Was really good! But STILL ran over-time and ended up being 4 1/2 hours because… well, there's just really that much to cover.

I just wanted to chime in a bit and say that both training courses that Linda offers is well worth your time. The sessions are never rushed and she is great at answering all of your questions. Even in a group setting you are able to ask questions and it still feels like a one on one setting. The best thing about a group is other's will ask questions you didn't even think to ask about. It doesn't matter how long you have been in the SEO business you will learn something new and helpful. I have taken both of her training courses and I learned more than I thought possible. I highly recommend both courses.

Getting some questions re the 2 courses. Yes they are separate and they tie together to some degree.

If anyone is considering Linda's training- I definitely recommend it!

Before I took her training, I was spinning my wheels trying to find the best process for local SEO and Google+ Local Optimization.

Her training spells out the process, step by step.

    It's a no-brainer.

I'd also like to echo what others have said and recommend the training from Linda.

I took the Organic Local SEO Hooks Training (aka Secret Sauce) training and it helped me help my clients beyond my highest expectations. I couldn't believe how thorough it was and we were given extensive training documents that I'm still using now.

Anyway, I benefitted so much that I'm now planning to take the G+ Local Advanced training in just less than 2 weeks time.

Anyway, very much look forward to the next round of training Linda!

Thanks so much Marie, Chris and Nick!

I'm thrilled the training was beneficial for you and is helping you help your clients.

I also hope that after training you are pulling a little less hair out with some of the complicated and frustrating issues that tend to come up with Google Local all the time.

I really enjoy working with you all and love that we can share advanced tips in the private forum too! Thanks and I appreciate you!

re: OLD Avanced Google+ Local Training (See update at bottom)

I've just taken the latest training: G+ Local Advanced Training, and would like to give my feedback.

First off, I thought it was excellent! I already had high expectations but the training completely exceeded beyond them! There were also a few specific things that I needed help on (prior to training) that were answered and clarified for me (nasty things like hidden merges and verification issues). I want to thank Linda for really delving into all that complicated stuff that is difficult to explain, as it now seems very clear.

I also think the instructions/training manual is a great take-away resource (I've also found this with the "Organic On-Site Hooks Training"). We have the group training but in addition, have some very detailed instructions that we can keep as a manual.

Finally, it's great to have the mp3 recording of our training session. We went through so much content over the 2 sessions that it would be impossible to remember it all. It's also very valuable to have the on-going support as well, as we all know, this stuff changes all the time.

Anyway, thanks so much to Linda for the hours of work put into the training+documentation etc. Soooo helpful for myself and our clients!!
