    AI for scheduling meetings

Has any played around with Amy? It seems like a great way to cut down on half of the emailing back-and-forth to set-up a date/time for a meeting... now if only she could attend them for me. :|

Anyway, just curious if anyone has been playing with AI personal assistants, check it out.

Looks interesting. I've not played with it before, but I'll have to sign up here and see what it can do for me.

The big downfall that I see (on the surface level) is that you CC Amy and then hope that the client also replies with the CC - otherwise it just comes back to you.

We have a pretty rough time getting clients to respond to all that are CC'ed.

Again, that's just the surface view of how it works, but maybe it's different once I'm inside it. I'll have to poke around. Looks interesting.

I did last year. I think it is now a paid tool. I now use Acuity scheduling and send a link to my booking page for clients to schedule a meeting - even less back and forth :-)

Amy did a colossal embarrasment for me last year - thankfully I told my client that I was playing around with a new tool. I can't recall but I think she "said" Darlene does not want to meet you on tuesday. How about Friday at 10?
