One of my client website hit by google august broad core algorithm update, due to this some keywords disappeared from the google search and not ranked in anywhere of the google pages, and other keyword’s ranking has been dropped. Google said there is no fix for this. So I want a suggestion from you for improving my site to get back the ranking again. I have some ideas where I need to improve. But I want more suggestion from other webmasters also.

Target country: UAE
website: www.unite.care

I will share the keywords list( please find the attachment) unite keyword.jpg

Hi Jeena,

It would require a full audit to come to some conclusions about why they dropped and to offer a prescription to move up again.

A major part of the recent algo update was related to the Google Quality Raters Guidelines and the concept of E-A-T (Expertise, Authority, Trust)

I would start by reading these articles if you haven't already:

Google Medic Core Algorithm Update Complete But We Are Seeing New Fluctuations

The Medic Core Algorithm Update - August 1, 2018 - Page 2

The August 1, 2018 Google Update Strongly Affected YMYL Sites (Medic Update)

One of the first things that struck me when I went to the website is that it is not very clear what the product or service is. This should be crystal clear, above the fold on the homepage.

Also, being a health care related site you want to make sure that you can demonstrate your expertise and why someone would trust you over a competitor. That also is not too clear to me.

Let me know what you think!

I agree with Colan. A quick look tells me that it's about an EHR software? I think? What is EHR software? What does EHR stand for?

I'm also not seeing reviews or any indications for a good reputation. This site could also be considered a YMYL website, so reviews and ratings across multiple platforms from reputable sources is extremely important.

If you can afford her, I'd suggest hiring Marie Haynes to do an audit. I believe her audits are normally around $4000 but well worth the price tag.

If we updated the website content with more testimonials, pricing page details, training videos. Is any chances to gain the ranking again.

It's hard to pin-point the exact issue but looking at the site there are very few pages with very little content. My first step would be to make sure that your site covers all user questions and exhibits the E-A-T that others have mentioned in previous posts.
