How to find the url of competitor's Google+ page listing

I am doing competitive research and trying to put some competitor google+ page urls into SEMRush. I used to be able to find those by rolling over the images in a google+ listing and copying the url string.

Can't figure it out anymore.

For example, how do you find the url of this listing? (query: "James Engle Homes Kansas City").

Hi Jay,

There really is no GMB "page" per se any more. The GMB data just shows in the Knowledge Graph and on maps. So maybe try using the URL to the maps listing?

Do you know if this business has a google+ brand listing or a google+ local listing? See attached snapshot.

Another colleague here on the forum said he could only find a google+ brand page?

I am just trying to run some sort of local search audit for this potential client and wanted to make sure i understand their situation. Do they have a google local listing and is it claimed? Or do they incorrectly have a Google brand page?

He's right but they have both.

The big screenshot above is their Google Local or GMB listing - it has reviews.

The page you linked to is a brand page with no connection to G Local any more.
(No reviews on that page and won't show up in search or maps - main benefit social.)

Here is the maps URL for their GMB listing (has reviews): Google Maps

Does that make sense?

Linda's right - if you just want to know about local search then do all your research in maps to see if they have a GMB listing.

There actually are some pages in Google+ that still have a connection to GMB listings? At least they carry the "verified local business" badge. In fact, there's even one for Rodrock Homes. Anyone know how/why they exist for some businesses but not others?

But for your purposes, you don't need anything from Google+.

You can't even create G+ pages anymore for locations on GMB so I would suggest removing this step as a part of your auditing process. Instead look at competitor's primary & secondary category, 3rd party reviews, knowledge panel & Google reviews. Those are the main things that would be important.
