There are a number of options for using Schema.org to markup you NAP and I was wondering if there is any concensis on best practices. Here are some of my questions:

1. Is it better to use Organization - schema.org, LocalBusiness - schema.org or something more specifc like (Attorney - schema.org or Dentist - schema.org or RealEstateAgent - schema.org)

2. Is it better to have your markup be consistent between your footer and contact us page? Or is it better to have LocalBusiness - schema.org on contact us page and Dentist - schema.org on footer or visa versa?

3. Aside from name, address and phone markup what others are critical to have GeoCoordinates, url, description, logo, etc..?

4. Are there any markups that you feel should not be used?
