Very true, we received a similar message - We have merged two pages and all 60 of our client's reviews were removed. It's a very bad situation and all we have received from support was this message:
Google My Business[7-1246000027113]
It's been almost two months now that we've been dealing...
We have a client that sells collectibles online.
However, he also has a spot down at the local flea market, to which he has a lease and signage.
Would it be allowed, or recommended, to set them up a GMB listing at that address?
Thanks in advance for your ideas!
It's a 'Wheel Store' (they specialize in Rims) with a hidden address (the client provides the service to customers).
It was a simple reinstatement - Google has never really told us to merge two listings unless we are TRYING to get listings merged, or if we are trying to gain access to...
I know that, from a few posts I've read, having a listing affected by the recent wave of suspensions has generally NOT resulted in any ranking drop.
However, we have a client who was recently reinstated and does not seem to display when searching for their exact business name...
Thanks for the follow up. Just to confirm, for those industries, it is better to only do two updates at a time? The risk of suspension has died down, in our experience, but we are still so hesitant to undertake the amount of edits that we still need to edit.
The ones that we have...
Due to the massive amount of suspensions that we have seen and the fact that Google is dealing with a backlog of suspended listings, we have been extremely cautious with the care of the listings that are Live.
We noticed that when the suspensions started about a month ago...

A client has provided us with their home address for online marketing due to Google's policies regarding PO boxes.
In reality, their registration documents, mailing address...
Thanks for the reply! Mostly, it's service-area businesses run by people who are dwelling in the trailer park.
We have a selection of clients that are either 1) stationary or 2) mobile.
If their house is on wheels, we generally won't accept those addresses. For the stationary units, we will...
Couldn't find any guidelines on this - Are businesses (SABs) allowed to operate from trailer parks?
Our rule has been - If it's got wheels, it's a hard no. However, units (like modular homes) in Trailer parks are acceptable.
Does anyone else have any takes on this?
I have tried bringing this issue up to Google support, however, they don't give me much help other than tips on improving my local ranking. I have a client in a very small township. There are currently only 2 other businesses with the same category in the area. However, when I search the...
Thank you, Colan!
It's very frustrating that the GMB Support team basically told us to create new listings when we have experienced this glitch before... Hoping that a resolution can really be reached.
