I didn't see the "Menu" button (Which I was expecting) when I looked but I just checked in the iOS Maps App and I do see it there now.
It doesn't show up when emulating iOS in the Chrome browser on Desktop. Odd.
I thought perhaps it was picked up from other platforms like Facebook and Yelp.
Google has added a "Highlight" on mobile devices of "Highly Rated" for a client of mine's new GMB property. (He has 1 single Google review.)

I always kind of assumed the "suggest an edit" function and the redressal form ended up in the same queue somewhere except that the "suggest an edit" function had the option for community verifications as well.
I gave up on "Suggest an edit" long ago. Ridiculous outcomes.
I've submitted spam reports for businesses like eg: "BEST SEO IN CANADA INC" that are running from a fake address (actually a fancy restaurant) where I've included a photo of the Restaurant manager's business card being held up in front of the clearly visible address and had the spam reports...
As a benchmark datapoint to others....
My personal GMB listing (which was suspended after swapping a primary and secondary category) was just restored this morning. (Aug 2nd)
(It was suspended and first reported to Google on June 27th)
So in the end... Google support rep did most of the work for the merge but as the final step told me to have the current "Primary owner" remove themselves from the listing to complete the process.
BUT as it turns out the primary owner is away on maternity leave and unavailable and no-one knows...
