I have a couple of clients that have 'outside photos' for their GMB listings that they aren't happy with;
No 1. The first listing shows a bus in front of the business park. I've reported the image as poor quality and added a comment. Anyone any ideas on what happens next?
No 2. Shows a...
Hi Colan, some feedback and thoughts.
1. The website has 'Law Firm' as a secondary category. I'll add 'Lawyer' as well, and possibly demote 'Legal Services' to secondary category.
2. The cluster of offices towards the city centre may be a factor, though I don't believe it is a major factor...
Yes that's right, it's the old address, the page I asked GMB to remove, and they said they would mark it as 'moved address'.
I'm guessing there is plenty of factors involved, so doing my best to clean it all up.
Hi, I've tried to write a quick summary. Any help or advice would be appreciated.
Initially when I started off looking at the GMB page, the GMB listing had a permanently closed message, even though it showed up for the company's brand.

Both are for solicitor/lawyer sites. Would either be better for GMB listings and higher rankings, or do they basically do the same thing and give the address?
<ul itemscope itemtype="http://schema.org/Attorney">
<div class="adr" itemprop="address"...
Jvaquino, I suspect it probably is the reason, as the site does poorly in comparison to how it does in the organic searches.
Recently I was able to remove a knowledge panel listing that showed an listing for permanently closed that applied to the old address but still showed for a brand search...
The website performs pretty poorly in GMB listings.
I've found about 20 or so local business directories that display the old business address.
I presume this is a major reason for the poor showing in the results.
What's the best way to go about addressing the issue, is it contacting...
After thinking this over I am now starting to think that the best way to deal with this is to add a new page on the 1st original site around the subject, and try and get the GMB listing to show up for the page and keyword, and on this page has a link back to the 2nd new site that has more info...
