Do you have a resource on where you got the character range for voice? Obviously it will depend (Siri vs Alexa...etc), just trying to understand the justification for this best practice.
Used BrightLocal to submit a client to the 4 data aggregators. For the most part citation building is manual.
Since this was a one time cost/ service to push to the aggregators, is there any best practices that say I need to repeat this process with BrightLocal every year to keep things fresh...

The other thing about voice that is hard to pin down (research wise) is related to length of answer. How long should an answer be? Can the answer be too long thus losing consideration for a voice answer...
@JoshuaMackens This is a great thread and alot of good info in your initial post! Wondering how your thoughts have changed in the last year regarding voice search?
I still don't think the level of sophistication for voice assistants has made any greats leaps since you wrote this.
