I'm consolidating a number of dup GMB listings for a client. Unbeknownst to him, Hibu created a new GMB listing and now we're trying to get access so we can merge with the original claimed listing.
I can't find any APPEAL button in the notification email from Google. I'm trying to handle this...
Just wanted to update in case this is an issue with others. When I went to flag the dup reviews in the GMB dashboard, I clicked the "Flag as inappropriate", but nothing happened (each time I clicked). I had to explain to GMB chat support and shared my screen with the support rep.
I have a client who received a pretty bad 1 star review, but the issue is that the patient posted the exact same review for each location (but the only visited one office). Here's a link to the reviews in question: Google Maps.
I sent a DM on Twitter to @GoogleMyBiz, but haven't heard back...
I'm quickly becoming addicted to Local Falcon! But I don't know if I can show clients this without being able to clearly explain inconsistent rankings with each map pin... I've tested a number of clients and competitors and I can't see any commonalities.

I pay extra for recurring billing and virtual terminal.
Most of my clients don't feel comfortable entering their CC info online... so they sign their contract, fax it to me. I use the virtual terminal for one time charges... then I use recurring billing for monthly charges.
So he still wants the additional GA code... he didn't even know we already had GA code installed.
And he didn't know that we already have AdWords setup... which was setup years ago.
I called the client and spoke w/ the office manager and she's not sure why we need to add additional code and...
