    Hi Chris, The patient is obviously very upset. I suggest contacting Google My Business via email regarding the situation and they'll remove the other reviews. You'll probably get a quicker response via email. Also, I would have the company respond only to the relevant review - the location...

    Awesome find man! I didn't even notice it but I found that less is better because of mobile. Ben's 80 character 'sweet spot' is spot on since Google cuts off some of the text. This way, you can get your message across. Text seems to cut off at 96 characters or after 16 words.

    You can do it. Usually, if you have it phrased as hisname.com instead of wwwHisName, you'll be fine. :) Or you can even just remove the extension and just place HisName
