Does responding to Google reviews in Dental Industry break Patient Confidentiality?

Thanks so much Phil and Kristi for your detailed responses. Initially my concern was GDPR (which doesn't impact US dental clinics) but I think patient confidentiality is more important so your replies are very relevant for me.

Does responding to Google reviews in Dental Industry break Patient Confidentiality?

Hi, We have always responded to Google reviews, especially to the negative ones. Is there a type of reply which will not break patient confidentiality?

Thanks Joshua, it's actually for market research to see what the demand is in the town as we aren't doing business there yet.

Tool to Find Keyword Search Volumes for a Small Town?

Thanks Eric. What about local terms like 'Dentist Roscrea', where Roscrea is the town of interest? Would you look at national search volumes?

Tool to Find Keyword Search Volumes for a Small Town?

Hi there, I've had no success in finding a tool to research keyword search volumes for a town i.e. with 5K population. I've tried the Adwords Keyword planner, Wordstream and SemRush but the town i'm researching is not in any of the dropdowns for 'target location'. Any other suggestions for...

Google reviews being published on both published and duplicate listings

Something strange happened because I had taken the time to reply to all reviews but when the listing was duplicated, all 70+ replies disappeared from both listings and GMB support can't get them back.

Google reviews being published on both published and duplicate listings

Thanks Allan for that. The new listing was added to my Google account by the company who duplicated it, so they are both on my account now. I can't remember if new reviews were being duplicated before the move or not. I'll move the duplicate listing to another account and see what happens...

When a second clinic opens in the same city

Joy, could I ask you a final question please? My client wants to place both locations on the embedded Google Map on the homepage. I assume they'll also want to put the second address on the footer along with the first address. But if the first GMB listing is pointing back to the homepage, is...

Google reviews being published on both published and duplicate listings

Thanks so much, you've put my mind at ease! Please see screenshots of the 2 listings with the same new reviews published on both, since the duplication. The listing was duplicated about a month ago. Very weird!

Google reviews being published on both published and duplicate listings

Thanks a mill Cherie, you may have hit the nail on the head, the listing is as you described. 1) Because the duplicate listing isn't live, am I right in assuming that there is no negative impact on SEO? 2) The dup is linked to a brand account but there is nothing else of value there - I assume...

When a second clinic opens in the same city

Thanks so much Joy, I appreciate the help! Just on question no.2, are you suggesting this because changing the website url to a newly published location page would probably affect my GMB rankings?

When a second clinic opens in the same city

Hi there, I'm in a quandry and was hoping you might be able to help. I do SEO for a dental clinic. They are opening a second clinic in the same city (Limerick) soon. The website homepage is currently used as the location page and we are targeting the keyword 'dentist Limerick' on this page. I...

Google reviews being published on both published and duplicate listings

Hi all, i'm new here so I hope I explain this correctly. My client hired a 'Local SEO' agency to manage their GMB listing. They somehow duplicated the existing listing, so there are now 2 listings, one marked as 'published' and the ORIGINAL listing marked as 'duplicate'. The strange thing is...
