    I have to agree with Linda on this that 20% seems a little steep. It could be we've been conditioned to expect lower in the competitive online marketplace but 20% will take a bite of profits.
    I do agree with Mike that Google likely has to monitor this closely or it could become a scam artists marketplace.

    I'm looking forward to more info on Google Helpouts as it evolves.
