Ergo Heaven - Merry Christmas to Me!

Wanted to share a cool product I just bought myself because I know many of you live at your PC like I do.

I have severe neck and back problems so need to change position and move things around often to get comfortable. Sometimes when my neck gets really bad I even have to scoot my Lazyboy up under the desk and work laying down, reclined.

I can make my monitor work in that position. I have a large monitor that's height and angle adjustable, but have never had a good solution for keyword and mouse. Have tried jerry rigging all kinds of things.

Then I found this baby. Check this video if interested in improving your ergonomics.

Slides in and out, up and down and all different angles so you can get it just where you want it - even move it up out of the way if you need to. AND the mouse pad can be pulled up over the 10 key pad to get it closer to keyboard to minimize reach.

    Super heavy duty too.

Wish I had this thing years ago. My fav new toy!

Here's a customer vid from a guy that uses it for a laptop stand which is a really good idea, so you can get the keyboard angle you need.

$120 on Amazon. (not aff link)

Thanks Phil and Colan - I'm diggin it!

Forgot to mention, the other issue with my ergonomics is I have to work in my Lazyboy. I've bought $1200 ergo office chairs and my back just won't work in anything but my Lazyboy. However it had limitations because it does not roll or have height adjustment the way office chairs do. So even more important for me, to be able to bring the keyboard to me and get the right height. Plus since I can't roll back to get out of chair, can only turn to side to stand up, need to be able to move the KB out of the way to do that.

Anyway for me this is just the best thing since sliced bread.
(What a funny saying.) Ho Ho Ho
