Post GMM changes GMM Review Pane UI

On December 13, a change was announced to the Review Pane for Map Maker. The change looks good but I commented in the GMM forum about the loss of the ability to see merges and other major name changes. Previously when names where changed in Map Maker they would show up as BOLD at the top of each edit entry in the History. Now the name has been replaced with the name of the user making the edit. The only way to find major changes to the name is to start from the beginning and follow forward. Unfortunately you can't see merges from Places as those edits don't show up in the History. Google may modify how this shows up in a future change.

Thanks Andrew, I noticed the nav change but had not had time to dig in beyond that.
    So appreciate the update.

Yes, this is going to seriously impact our ability to declare that a merge happened, as the main indicator we used is no longer present.

Just read the MM thread Andrew and yes, the things you mentioned that are missing seriously impact troubleshooting.

Plus off-topic I HATE that double scroll bar in the MM forum. No one else does that with their UI. Drives me nuts! But I'm sure you are used to it cuz you live there, so you likely don't even notice it.

I concur, which is why I go directly to the GMM group and avoid the Map Your World site which Google seems to like to link to.
