    Some of our past customers divert their effort on other 3rd party review sites because even those legit reviews are being filtered on Yelp.

    Good grief! Just what SMBs need, and higher barrier of entry for their clients. Course, it does work. That is, it does seem too keep a lot of the spam out, which is more than can be said of the likes of Goog, etc.

    I remember hearing a great tip. I want to say it was via Matt Hunt, the king of re purposing content. The reviews that get filtered, are also not indexed. And so, you could grab them, and use them on your website for example.
