Does Google Blacklist Your Company If Your Google+ Local Page Has Been Removed?

I've often wondered if Google blacklists companies that have had their Google+ Local pages removed for violating their terms.

For example...say a company uses a virtual or fake address. Everything is fine until someone rats them out until a competitor rats them out or Google catches it. Of course we all know what happens - Google takes the page down.

The question is...if that company tries to create another page with or without a real address, will it be under special scrutiny - like will it automatically go into a pending review mode for weeks?

You would think a company would be flagged by their system so that whenever they tried to create a new listing, Google would pay special attention to it to make sure it was legit...right?

We had our Places account suspended for using a virtual office strategy. At the same time we also had an unnatural link penalty against us. We removed all our listings from our suspended G account. We created a new G account and claimed the scraped listing that was floating out there. We were able to verify, the listing is live, and we were ranking locally usually between E & F. Shortly after our penalty was lifted and we are ranking in the top three for some KW.

When you say "another page" do you mean another listing?

Thanks for sharing. That's great to know that Google doesn't punish a business indefinitely.
