We strive to answer all e-mail support requests within eight business hours, Monday through Friday from 9am-5pm ET.

Posts in the Yext forum are moderated, so posts will not go live until approved by Yext staff.

The Yext team, although very responsive, does not live here like I do. They do not work weekends and are sometimes away at shows or other events.

So please allow a day or 2 for replies and for new posts to be approved. If they determine your post is more of a customer service type issue, they will contact you personally and direct you to the appropriate support channel for assistance.
