Embedding Google Map on non-https page

I tried to embed a Google Map today on a web page using the iframe embed code. I got an error due to the embed code using https and the site http.

Tried to change the embed code to use http but that didn't work.

    Anybody else have this issue.

Might be Chrome specific, not sure.

Re: Embedding Google Map on non-https page

I had this issue a while back Loyd. Try the things mentioned in this post:

javascript - Getting http/https protocols to match with iframe for maps.google.com - Stack Overflow

Eg: Instead of writing 'http://maps.google.com' which will result in the warning you received, write '//maps.google.com', this will automatically take the current sessions scheme (http/https) and make the API call.
