    A: I would think FB reviews would be important - mainly if the biz focuses on FB and has followers

    Q: Lawyers are getting beat up all over the web. There are so many "listing" sites out there that are scraping and republishing both reviews and disciplinary conduct. One minor discipline for say not paying your dues on time can turn into a life sentence.[clay konnor]

    A: There is I've posted about it at the Local Search Forum. Don't have time to find it right now. Doing QA alone cuz Colan not here yet.

    Q: There are dozens of review sites. Houzz is huge for anything home related. ReviewTrackers actually offers managment of 50 different review platforms[clay konnor]

    A: They would not shut down site or anything like that. If caught they can suppress new reviews from showing up. And I thnk sometimes remove reviews. Don't have example but there are lots in the Google Business forum.

    Q: Been using getfivestars.com for a while now and am very happy with the service. My clients also like the ability to login to their dashboard and control it themselves. Great job Don![Jay Neill]
