    IMPORTANT - Training rescheduled

    PC crashed. Cant get your email addresses to email you training docs and can't get the training docs either.

    SO SORRY need to resched. Can't even email you to let you know.

    Will PM those I have PMs for here at the forum.

    HALF you guys are not using your REAL name as user name in forum so I can't even find you to PM you.


    Can't get or send email so dead in water.

    Tech madly working all AM but can't get PC back up.

    Motherboard dead. Tech pulled HD to hook to laptop but can't get outlook to work and can't import the email addresses. So unless I know your user name on forum no way to reach you guys.

    I'm sure you've all emailed me, but I can't get email.

    A couple have called.

    DYING over here and just so sorry this happened Have pulled hair out and tech and I have tried everything to try to pull training off in time.

    Will need to buy new PC and get HD copied over possibly before I can even get my email to work. We've been trying for hours.

    Please stayed tuned here for updates.

    PM here with Qs. Don't email as I won't get it.


    I'll email all as soon as I get email up and running again.

    Tomorrows training is off too. Need to buy new PC and get files ported over cuz can't even get to email to send training docs and conf call # to everyone.

    Think will be resched for next week.

    Whew tech just left. Couldn't get online cuz he's been working on system.

    Thing is it was not just one thing. It was a HUGE string of Murpy's Law glitches.
    AND I was paying for priority support FOR SEVERAL HOURS...

    I mean I don't even care about the money, just the time and inconvience this caused you guys because some of you were so excited and have been looking forward to this for weeks now.


    Everything tech tried, something else was broke or went wrong. And he was sharp too! Tried new power supply. That didn't work. It was motherboard. So he tried to use my external drive to put my PC drive in to hook up to laptop. External drive died. Had to have someone else bring a new house to connect the drive. Then all kinds of Outlook problems he's never ever had before. He still can't figure out why he can't get permissions right to be able to copy over my email files. Then we could not get into server to download web mail either. It was just one thing after anyother.

    So I have 75,000 emails that are trying to download. But just at 2010 so far, so still can't get to the emails of all the folks I was supposed to train today to let them know what happened..

    I've NEVER had a catastrophic failure like this and it could not be at a worse time. This the biggest training session I've ever done. Just totally revamped, expanded and was SOOOO ready. Had even copied everyone's email into a draft email to be ready to send out training docs. BUT it was on outlook on the PC that died.

    I'm so frazzled at this point. Not sure if I'm going to try to do tomorrow or just re-sched everything for next Thurs and Friday. I think that will be best so I can deal with finding new PC and get everything back up and working again.

    Ist I need to see if this email is even going to work. Appears something is still not right. Give me time to try to get things 1/2 way working again and then I'll figure out what I'm going to do.

    Again devastated and so sorry. I should have copied everyone's email to G docs or something last night but who ever thinks their computer is going to die tomorrow right before training. In 15 years, this has never happened to me. Timing just sucks! SO sorry!

    Thanks for keeping us updated Linda. I was giddy with anticipation regarding the training. Guess I'll have to hold it until next week. Good luck with the new computer. Been there before and it's never fun.

    STILL fighting with email so SORRY have not even been able to email anyone to let them know what happened. Hope most of you have found this thread.

    Having the weirdest problem email problem. Host can't figure out and 3 techs can't figure out.

    Can't stop to try to find your emails in web mail right now either cuz madly working with techs trying to get things working before they leave for the day.

    Offline til I get this email fixed so I can email all training clients an update.

    Ugh... I'm so sorry. That makes my head hurt just reading about it. Now, I'm exhausted, think I'll go lie down.
