I've been attempting to remove/mark as closed a location for a couple of months now on the website '411.ca' through the 'Report a Problem' function but to no avail - the citation is still there as if the location were open. Has anybody had any success with amending 411.ca listings in this way? Can anybody provide any direction as to how I can move forward?
