    Lightbulb Online Reviews --> Strategies, Tools and Best Practices.

    Companies needs reviews. Itís that simple. It is unfortunate that companies still have a tendency to forget to ask their customers for reviews. And when they get a negative review they ignore it completely.

    Reviews are always a hot topic and even a hot button for businesses. In this article on Moz, it says "Data Reveals 67% of Consumers are Influenced by Online Reviews."

    As a former social media manager that had the responsibility for responding to reviews on Trip Advisor, I can tell you that while the task is tedious, it is very important and often resulted in a happy customer instead of the unhappy one when the review was posted.
