    Pricing/Sign up Question

    Hey Yext Team,

    I've got a question that i'm hoping you can help with. How does your pricing and sign up process work? I understand someone signing up would need to pay a monthly fee for each client location (which the consultant would mark up to make a profit), but is there a cost to sign up as a partner? Could you walk through the onboarding process for Yext?

    Hi - I'm curious about this also.

    Recently I asked about it and wasn't able to get a straight answer without participating in a phone call with a sales rep. Is there a way to just get a rate sheet or something? That would be a real time saver.

    My experience with Yext is that the rates change depending on the sales rep you get an how low they are willing to go (maybe dimishing their commissions) or maybe it's by how bad they want your business?

    Not really sure but it appears everyone gets different rates, which is probably why they won't share their rates without a call. I've had calls from some stating the price as x and some state the price as y.

    Raj is the man. He got in touch with me yesterday, so just waiting on next steps to find out more. He actually answered my main question in the email - no set up fee. I have a pretty good understanding how pricing works, so i'm good on knowing that.

    Would you be able to do a quick overview how the onboarding process (typically) works? I think that would be really beneficial to the community to have a high level understanding what to expect. Kind of like... after talking with a rep, what comes next? I'm sure the reps can go into specific program details. I just like understanding the flow before I start something new.

To provide a bit more information, we have starter, professional, and premium packages, but cost depends on number of locations supported, as well as what you're hoping to accomplish within our Location Cloud platform (e.g. just our listings product, our listings and pages products, store locator technology, single sign-on, etc.) If you want to chat with someone and obtain a quote, just let me know and I'd be more than willing to set you up with a phone call.
