    Pin Marker in Parking Lot

I've moved our pin marker in Map Maker several times from our office parking lot to our actual location in our office building (we have 7 different businesses in our building with a shared parking lot)...but "Google" keeps moving it back to the parking lot. Is this common? Will it adversely affect anything?

    Hi Eric,

I'd say it's a somewhat common scenario. Can you provide the details so we can take a look for you?

You mentioned you moved it using MapMaker. Have you tried moving it in GMB instead to see if it will stick?

Joy - I haven't tried it in GMB...I just did though, so we'll see. Thanks for the suggestion!

Just wanted to follow-up on this...I tried moving the pin in GMB and it seems to have stuck. Thanks for the tip Joy!
