I think this is likely the most powerful reputation management solution out there. Even though I don't personally do rep management, I'm super excited about this new solution as I know lots of my readers DO but even if you don't yet, this software could add a whole new profit center to your business.

For those that don't know about <strong><a href="http://www.warriorplus.com/linkwso/62jh37/22293">Places Scout</a></strong> yet, it's a complete solution for Local SEO and includes: <strong>Local Rank Tracker, In-depth Local SEO Competitive Analysis, Client Finder, and Citation Finder</strong>.

<strong>Today I'm only highlighting one area - the new Reputation Management Module</strong>.

1st some screen shots, then a video that shows Reputation Management reporting functionality, then below that are just a few of the main features.

<strong>With the above features, I believe <a href="http://www.warriorplus.com/linkwso/62jh37/22293">Places Scout</a></strong> (Warrior Special Offer link) is the most advanced and capable reputation management software on the market.

PLUS it has 2 features I specifically recommended for Google Places/Google+ Local reviews that are sorely needed; <strong>Google review backups</strong> (especially now with all the review problems) and <strong>Google review alerts</strong> for ALL new reviews, not just negative ones, in case business owner wants to reply. (But actually Mark even did me one better on that recommendation - Now ALL reviews are backed up and alerts are sent for all 15 review sources.)

<strong>NOTE:</strong> When you get to that Warrior Special offer link above, there is just a boatload of info. <strong>So to see the full specs on the Reputation Management Module, scroll down to section that says: NEW! Have really been looking forward to the release of the reputation management tool on PS. It's obviously going to be really handy for restaurants, bars, coffee shops, etc and will likely be useful for other markets also.

Could do with having a few more review sites added for here in the UK - Yell, Qype, Hardens - and then we'll be rockin'!
 
Good point Nick. I'll put a bug in Mark's ear, plus he's reading this thread.

I will be adding more supported review sources in the near future (2-3 months), but for now my next priority is to implement customized reporting using any of the data in the new Reputation Management module. I need to get this in place for the current supported sources before i can consider adding any new ones so that people can send out customized reports instead of having to export the grid data which is the way it currently works now.

I have written down your requested sources to support in the UK, and will see what i can add once i get around to adding more review sites. If you'd like to submit a formal list of review sites you would like to see added to Places Scout, please do so by opening a support ticket using my support portal located at: Places Scout Customer Support - Powered by Kayako Fusion Help Desk Software and i will be sure to consider adding them.

Thanks for your response. Like I said above, PlacesScout has been working well for us and the Rep Mgmt module just enhances your product further. I'll look to put a list together for you over the next week or two and will submit it via a support ticket when ready. Thanks for all your continued efforts in keeping PS such a useful local search tool.
