    Knowledge Graph and/or Branding Issue

    If I search
    "prairie house assisted living"
There are 2 different businesses with the same name appear. The first 3 organic results is a business in Oklahoma. But the 4th organic result and the Knowledge Graph show the business in Oregon.

The results for me are like this:
    http://prntscr.com/hhv6hn

Is there any way to get the Oklahoma organic results to also appear in the knowledge graph? I also understand that I am searching from Arizona and the maps portion is location based... but incognito brings the same results.

    Any suggestions? Thank you.

I think I understand what you're wanting to do. If I'm correct, this nifty free tool from BrightLocal should be useful:
