Hi,

I have a vacation rental client with multiple vacation homes/condos/townhomes available for rent throughout the year. Their info is:

Cinnamon Shore
5009 TX-361
Port Aransas, TX 78373
(361) 749-0422
https://www.cinnamonshore.com/
https://www.google.com/maps/place/Cinnamon+Shore/@27.7744494,-97.1077396,15z/data=!4m5!3m4!1s0x0:0xf...

We have our GMB listing claimed, but I've noticed that several of the condos/vacation homes have popped up with a Google map listing (all unclaimed) and are being shown through Google's hotel availability feature as seen below:

https://www.google.com/maps/place/Shore+'Nuff-5+Bedroom/@27.7733905,-97.1071774,17z/data=!4m18!1m9!3...

I've been trying to set up the "Booking Button" on the main Cinnamon Shore account, but it doesn't give me the option. I looked it up and it said if the option isn't there, then it's because bookings aren't available for our business category or region. Which can't be true, because quite a few CS homes are showing in Google with this button. Does anyone have advice on how I should tackle this? Should I try and claim/merge these listings with CS? Do I claim them all and keep them live? I don't have a lot of experience with this specific industry, so I've never messed with the bookings feature, so any feedback/advice would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks!

Re: "Booking Button" for Vacation Rental Client w/ Multiple Available Rentals

How odd...

The booking feature in the listing looks like it's an ad. I cannot click through to actually use the booking feature...it tells me to visit the website for rates and availability, but there is no website in the listing.

I'd be interested to hear what the others have to say about this. According to Google's guidelines, vacation homes and other rental properties are ineligible for a listing.. the home office is, but the homes themselves are not, so it's confusing me how these listings were created of not by your client...
