After moving site to HTTPS do i need to update all directory / NAP listings ?

Ive just moved a site to HTTPS.

There are 301 redirects between the HTTP and HTTPS versions of the site.

Do i need to update all directory / NAP listings, which all currently point to HTTP, can i just let the 301 do the work ?

    Hey Leves,

I would update the top 30 local directories plus the Data Aggregators. You need to update GMB as well.

This article that Andrew Shotland wrote a couple years ago still has some valid points to consider - When going HTTPS, dont forget about local citations! - Search Engine Land

I would update the Big 5 for sure (Google, Bing, Yelp, Yellowpages, Facebook).

If you have the time or budget to do the rest after that, I would just do them all.

I also agree about the data aggregators as well that Colan mentioned.
