A month after phone call with Google rep- still no action?

Hi everyone! I'm curious to know if others here have encountered similar issues.

Last month I spoke with a Google customer service rep about a client's dup listings in Google Places. Over the phone the rep and I discussed all of the listings and he said he'd note that the dups be closed.

I've checked back and only see 2 out of 4 have been closed even though the rep said he'd close all 4.

I'm a little surprised that he said he'd do something, only to find out he didn't.

Has anyone else here had a similar experience with Google?
