The New Google My Business Community!

The New Community launched last night and it's exciting to finally see it live. I LOVE all the new features! (And this comes from the woman who never migrated to the last new update and stayed on the previous version - so you know it's got to be good for me to give it a big thumbs up!)

As I explained in my Tuesday post when I gave you the head's up about this, the Google and Your Business moved into a brand new master community called "The Google Advertiser Community". Under the same roof you will also find the Google AdWords and Google Analytics communities.

In addition to better features for TCs and consultants, there are tons of extra benefits for users now, so it's a win/win all the way around. There are learning videos plus TCs and Googlers can write expert articles.

Below are some resources that will help you navigate and utilize the new community to it's fullest.

Here is the welcome video that gives an overview

The team created a basic user guide, but as you dig in you'll find layers of other helpful features.

One of the features I really like was not mentioned in the guide. If you are a regular there, you'll find it really handy. On top right where the bell is, you'll find notifications if you have any - similar to G+ notifications. So you can see at a glance if anyone replied to or gave you kudos for any of your posts at a glance as soon as you log in.

What do you think? Looks amazing right?
And you'll get used to it in no time at all!

You are both in that photo but depends on size of your screen. I tried to magnify the page to get a bigger screenshot, then it started cutting off the pic.
