Hello

We have a client with over 100 locations wanting their listings claimed on the BBB site. We had a few questions:

  • Do you know if you are able to respond to reviews once you have manually claimed a location?
  • For the email option when you try to get verified, does the email have to be connected to the business you are claiming? Or, for example, if we wanted to claim a business with a gmail account we use for all of the clients locations, could we use that for the verification code?
