Hi!

I have a new client who has multiple locations but two of their GMB locations are at the same address for the same business type. The first location is the parent company and the second location is a division of the parent company.

The division GMB listing has a separate website from the parent company. They did this for branding purposes to target a new audience.

How would you suggest to handle the duplicate GMB listings?

Thanks!

Google probably won't allow it unless the signs on the building distinctly represent the brands as separate from each other.

The street view shows there is signage for each "location." Because of that would Google permit both locations?

Yep, you should be all good then.
