The forum upgrade includes a number of fixes to previous bugs plus several updates for PHP 7.3 compatibility (note that PHP 7.3 itself is still buggy and not recommended for live sites yet; wait for 7.3.1).
I've also updated several plugins used by this forum - mostly bug fixes or feature enhancements.
As always, please let me know (by replying to this thread) if you find anything at all that doesn't seem to be working as it used to or as you think it should.
