Last week GMB tweeted out that they added a help center document titled Businesses affected by COVID-19: Provide customers with updated info

Today, I am seeing a module directly inside the GMB dashboard with a CTA to "Learn More" about how a business can let customers know about changes to their business due to COVID-19.

This is the first time I have seen GMB prompt a business owner to update their business information based on a current event.

I'm doing some spam reporting and I noticed that the GMB Redressal Form now has the below banner announcement. It states GMB will be delayed in reviewing reported listings due to a skeleton crew for COVID-19 precautions.

"As a precautionary health measure for our support specialists in light of COVID-19, we're operating with a limited team. Thanks for your patience, as it may take longer than usual to connect with us. For additional support, consult the Help Center. "

Wonder what kind of average turnaround we'll see in the near future?

We are getting the same notifications however, the locations we manage are all hotels and neither Google Posts nor business description are available for hotels, so it is not possible to update the businesses information.
