Hi Linda
Hope you can help me with this problem
We have one client that we received the pin from GG and after we activate the account we notice a few things wrong
1-The account show its live but the G+ page is not connected to the local page those we can’t see it online
2-For every update we trying to do to the account in the, introduction or hours of operations the system ask to resend a pin again???
Did you come across something like that? We not trying to change the address or name just update the information

Whenever a page doesn't connect to maps immediately after being verified it's almost always because it has to go through an additional level of verification. This happens mostly to SAB's such as plumbers, locksmiths...etc.

How long ago did you enter the verification pin#?
