How to have Related Google+ Page show up in Gmail sidebar instead of Profile

I received an email from oDesk and this showed up in my gmail sidebar.

How can I have that show up for my emails that I send?

I would prefer my Google+ page show up there instead of my personal profile, just like how oDesk is doing. It came from their email address donotreply at odesk.com

I'm not really a specialist in pure G+ Business pages, but it looks like that's what it is.

That's a pure business page, not a local G+ business page.

Do you have a local business and Place page you are trying to rank?

Do you have a Google+ Business page set up in the local category.

If yes local biz, but no G+ page yet, then I would wait as trying to merge the 2 together right now is a little buggy. And if you set up a separate G+ page it could cause you problems right now.

Google is in the process of UPGRADING all Place pages to G+ Business pages. So I'd wait for the upgrade instead of trying to manually do it right now.

No, there is no address set up for the business page I created as there is no physical location (yet), it's a service based business run out of home.
