Since we had such great feedback on this thread - http://localsearchforum.catalystema...-train-new-local-marketing-staff-members.html

I thought I would start another one and aim it at a more specific type of training - Citation Building!

What does your training process look like? What are the core concepts one must understand to succeed?

How do you teach someone who is brand new to the industry and has possibly never even heard of a citation before?

What reading material is essential to know and understand?

I have a feeling this thread will be a great collaboration of ideas.

Hi Colan,

Great idea!

I'll start with Nyagoslav's Citation Building guide that I mentioned here:

http://localsearchforum.catalystema...cellent-guide-citation-building-nygoslav.html

I purchased it over Christmas and I've been a fan of it ever since. I'm also using it for training purposes as well. I like that is is a comprehensive study of citation building and the process behind it all. There are numerous blogs on citation building but I think a guide like this is a good starting point.

Missed that with all the craziness in my life. Thanks Nick!
