How to Turn Your Business's Google Reviews Into Marketing Materials

Encouraging reviews is one of the most important things small businesses can do to boost their reputation online.

Check out these statistics about the impact of reviews:

  • 72% of shoppers say that positive reviews make them trust local businesses more.
  • 92% of people will use a local business if it has at least a 4-star rating.
  • Customers are likely to spend 31% more on a business with “excellent” reviews.

Just getting more positive reviews can improve your reputation, SEO, site traffic, sales, and more. But now thanks to the initiative called Small Thanks with Google, you can use your reviews as valuable marketing material beyond search.
As a refresher to the Small Thanks with Google, Michael Quoc of Dealspotr Marketplace wrote a step by step guest post on how to use the program (now with a fun custom video component).

Oh yay! I love the Google Small Thanks tool & think too many businesses are unaware of it - this will help!

This is a great guide and I'm happy you shared it here with our members Garrett.
