Hey Oliver,

Phil and I both responded to a similar thread recently that you can read here.

Hi Joy,

Just what i was looking for. I read your article on review gating and referred to GMB terms of service. Is it ok to ask a client when they have used your service to ask for a review?

thanks

Yeah 100% okay to ask for reviews on Google. They just don't want you filtering out your customers and only asking those that had a good experience.
