Hi all! --

My team is currently having an issue logging into the majority of our Gmail accounts for our customers, all day yesterday and the pattern seems to hold today. We manage most of our customers business listings through a Gmail account created for them, with the exception of Google for which we use an Agency Dash. We are getting an error message that says "This device isn't recognized. For your security, Google wants to make sure it's really you."

The issue is we have all of these setup with a recovery email, and we saved the numbers we set the accounts up with in case we need to reconfirm. Before, we used to be able to simply confirm the full number now its requiring we get verification codes to those phones that we no longer have access to.

We thought it was a glitch because we've filled out the forms and gotten responses back saying we need to update our passwords so we did that. Updated the phone number. Updated the recovery email. We were in for a while but when you sign out and try to sign back in we get the original error message and have to start over!

Additionally, one just did not work. It says we have 7 days to reset but when we came in this morning after receiving the email overnight it.

Does anyone have experience in this or have any suggestions?
Any help is greatly appreciated.

Thanks! - Chelsea

Hey @Chjolly ,

Did this get resolved? If not, I'd suggest posting on Google's help form for Gmail: Google Groups

Try signing in from Mobile device.
Seems like your ISP switched your ip location somehow.
