Howdy folks,

I've got a business that services the east coast in Australia. The main location is in Sydney and no issues with the GMB there. We bought 2 other locations. 1 in Canberra the other in Brisbane.

The Sydney GMB is fine.
The Brisbane and Canberra have been switched to our brand name however they require mail verification. The locations were valid for a period but are no longer valid. While we do regularly service those areas our GMBs can't be edited at the moment due to this verification issue.

Can we change the address on the Brisbane and Canberra listings and show no address? It is our preference to keep these listings online as they have history in these areas.

It is a come to you service anyway, we rarely have clients come to our Sydney office but it is staffed.

Thanks

Hi @helloworld What is the verification issue? Are you just waiting on the postcard after editing the name? Or is the listing verified but in a pending state?

You could remove the address if you want to but I wouldn't advise it if you actually have a staffed office there.

Basically the addresses can no longer be verified as there is no physical address in those states anymore.

If you no longer have a physical address in that location, you no longer qualify to have a separate GMB listing there.
