Possible change to SERPs Display - Briefly

Saw this just 30 minutes ago, but it has since reverted back to a normal display.

I ran the search in Incognito Mode (not logged in) and got a display that seemed to make all the listings look like cards. I think I remember seeing this a long time ago, but can't remember when.

I ran the search about 10:30am CDT but doing the search again after 11am CDT the results are back to their normal display.

Anyone else see something like this?

Yes, I believe Barry Schwartz spotted this a few weeks ago. I've seen it once.
