I have a dental client who employs several dentists at one time. Recently, 2 of their dentists left the practice so we no longer need their gmb listing. I don’t want their listings marked as “permanently closed” since the client’s office is still open and people will falsely think their entire office is permanently closed.

What do I do with those 2 gmb listings for dentists who no longer work at their practice? Thanks in advance for your help!

By Google's rules, the practitioner listing belong to the individual and they can take the listing with them. The proper thing to do would be to give them control of their listing so they can update the address to wherever they are now.
