Problem with adding managers to locations for use with the API

Hello Everyone

I was wondering weather anyone else was having a problem with adding managers to a location over the last few days

I have set up the google my business API on a gmail that my whole company can access and as is explained here
Google Groups

You can only have one email white listed for use with the api

In order to build reports using the I API need to add this Gmail to each location I want to pull data for

So as normal I went into each location and added the API account as a manager. however despite the API account being invited in GMB I never received the automated email to allow the API account to accept management rights.

I find this strange as I granted access to the same locations to a client a weeks ago and had no issue

Just wondered if anyone else had this issue
