Proper Way To Remove Address of Pre-existing Listing?

Been a long time since I had to make changes but if I recall, for some reason when removing an address Google wanted to reverify with a postcard? Are they still doing that? Nevertheless, I don't immediately see how I can remove the address on an existing listing as you can see from the screenshot, Google completely contradicts itself. LMAO.

@consultant, there should be a "Clear address" link down there. If you click that and resubmit you should be able to save the address-less listing.
