Got a weird problem with a client. Their GMB is there (and low) when I search for their main KW in maps, but when I click on their listing, I do not see a red pointer on the Maps for them. Everyone else has one but them.
I've heard about this phenomenon before where a Maps listing gets "penalized" to some such degree. Perhaps this is it?
Any thoughts/tips would be welcome.
