Why is Google showing different categories for this business in the same search/view?

I ran a search and pulled up the "more places". i started looking at the expanded profiles for a couple of businesses and this came up. In the list of places it shows one category and in the expanded view it shows a different category.

i can imagine the business is using more than one category but i can't imagine why Google is showing different categories for the same search term. Has anyone else seen this?

I believe that the category they show on the left is the one that most closely matches the search term, and the category on the right is their actual primary category. @JoyHawkins did a post on this a while ago...
