Why listing is different on the right side of search

How come some listings when expanded on the right side show way more information that others?

For example some show the minimum like business image, address and directions button.

And then others have a much more prominent section with even a Write a Review buttons, reviews and "People also search..." section.

would love to know why there is a difference.

Mike, it can depend on many factors. The best strategy is to do your best to make sure you are working to optimize the local knowledge graph for your clients.
