Apple Listings Trouble

Hi everyone,

Our agency is having quite a bit of trouble with Apple listings management. We've applied for 3rd party access, we keep getting denied. So here is my question. How are you managing Apple listings right now on an agency level? I'd love some feedback on how people are managing right now!

We manage our listings through a Third-Party Partner Account. During what step in the process is your account being denied?

How do you verify your account? Through document review?

If yes, I would triple-check if your supporting documents (such as utility bill, insurance policy, lease agreement, phone bill, etc.) match the

1. Business name
2. Address

on your account. Apple is really strict when it comes to verification, so make sure those match.

I was able to get my agency account verified but they don't allow us to post cover images yet. Is anyone else having that issue?
